This feature allows you to automatically remove old form submissions, helping you keep your database clean and optimized. It is especially useful for sites that receive a high volume of submissions and want to avoid unnecessary storage usage over time.
You will find this feature on your WordPress admin area navigating to the BBForms menu -> Settings -> Submissions.
Submissions Auto-Cleanup: When enabled, the system will automatically delete submissions that are older than the retention period you define.
Days Keeping Submissions: Here you can set the exact number of days you want to retain submission data. Any submission older than the specified period will be permanently removed. For example, if you set this value to 90, all submissions older than 90 days will be deleted automatically.
