Geolocation data on submissions

Geolocation automatically stores the user’s location information in the form submission when the form is submitted.

This includes data such as IP address, country, city, address, and currency, providing a detailed snapshot of the user’s location and context at the time of submission.

Having access to this information allows you to:

  • Identify the geographical origin of each submission.
  • Tailor regional content or offers based on the user’s location.
  • Analyze trends and patterns across different countries or cities.
  • Use the currency information for localized pricing or reporting.
  • Enhance security or fraud prevention by cross-referencing IP and location data.

Combined, these data points give a comprehensive view of each user’s environment.

Additionally, the location of each submission can be viewed on a Google Maps map, allowing you to easily visualize where your users are submitting the form from and gain location-based insights.
